So. This place I went to yesterday is pretty neat and unique. The facility houses the last remaining Sawtooth member (and cared for the whole pack of 11 way back when).
The person who gave us the tour is the head wolf biologist and primary caretaker of the pack and the new Owyhee pack for the last...12 years or so...
Anyway, point of the story is he doesn't really agree with Mech and his team on all points of wolf behavior and interaction so the following site may have new information to help with RPing of wolves from his own observations of this particular pack. Though, I realize that these are captive raised wolves his observations are of instinctual behaviors--and not necessarily stereotypical ones.
