The Regeneration board is only to be used during mid winter - which is breeding season in the game - for creating cubs. The players of the mother and father wolves will post first with their cubs (using the form below), and only then can other members post in response to ask to play a cub. Do not assume that just because "so-and-so" are in the same pack as your character you can automatically claim one of their cubs. Be polite and ask... most people don't mind having a few extra creative minds in their litter.
