C L O U D Cloud's rapt attention, previously bestowed upon the cubs, turned instead to her leader when Larka emerged from the den holding one of the little ones in her jaws. The white female's tail swished out and up in pleasure, and its trail began to drag back and forth in the air. Larka! She was silently shocked at the alpha female's appearance, all skin and bones, but the bright sparkle still existed in her over-bright amber eyes. She would recover from this, too. I've missed you, she rumbled, and then glancing back at the rest of the clan she said, we all have. Her puppy-blue eyes twinkled happily, glad that the clan seemed to be together again for the first time in weeks.

All seemed right in his heart and soul, and in the soul of the very forest itself. His mate was at his side, the pack gathered around them, and their beautiful pups, happy and healthy, rolling around like little tumbleweeds. An appreciative glance is given towards the soft eyed female Cloud, her tender nature a sure blessing on them all. Her genuine nature for such things was something to be appreciated and valued. He knew too that she would watch over Larka, protect her and their cubs from anything that might come their way. A scent had carried upon the breeze, intermingled with Cloud's and Lorkan’s, and he knew it was that of the onyx brute Surulian. Glancing towards the trees, his senses told him already that there was a visitor approaching with him, and since the trio had traveled together, and all had seemed well, there was little threat apparent. Even so, with young ones about, and Larka in a weakened state, his body stiffened noticeably, his tail lifting just a bit higher in rank as the duo appeared into the clearing. Noting Surulian’s softened features and slightly relaxed posture, his suspicions were confirmed. Perhaps a new member would be joining them soon. Taking initiative, he quickly stepped ahead of his family, his stance stern, eyes level and fur slightly bristled, ever protective and cautious even if it wasn’t entirely necessary. His countenance remained friendly though, as he hailed them. “It is good to see you again Surulian. And who has our search party brought in from the borders? Welcome foreigner, to our forest. Have you come searching out a home or are you simply passing through?”

Haokah was still nervous, not frightened or intimidated to the point of fear. She still remained somewhat calm within herself, her long legs straight but her tail held low and half her attention to Surulian at her side. One of the few she knows within this pack. When the white male with a bulky stature saw the duo Haokah could tell immediately that he was the pack alpha male. He showed the authority even though his movements still remained somewhat calm in nature. His hair was raised and his attention obviously on her though he didn’t approach them like she thought he would, instead he called out to Surulian and Haokah which made Haokah winch inside for now the rest of the pack, these strangers would know she is here and she could not hide anymore. Her eyes flicked as eyes began to turn towards her and look away. Haokah glanced to Surulian but he didn’t give much reassurance, he was leaving this situation to Haokah. Haokah didn’t know any better than to simply speak to the leader herself. With her ears flicking backwards and than forewords she spoke in the alpha’s direction in a noble tone that did not rise above his though she was sure he could hear her words.
“I have come to look for a home, sir. I wish to join yours if you and your family would be alight with that.”
She choose not to step any closer in fear it could be taken the wrong way nor did she want to make any movement closer to the puppies in fear not only the alphas would become uncomfortable but perhaps the puppies themselves and the rest of the pack would also become defensive. She stood her ground but her eyes remained towards the leader with respect and her posture non-threatening.

This thread seems to be very dead lol. Soooo I say everyone start new threads with your characters since some time has elapsed and the season has changed to Fall. Mosh, your character was accepted by the alphas, you can go from there, pups should be a bit older now I'd say Kazi? Maybe if everyone starts their own thread we can have some new little plot lines ./ storylines going. Just wanted to stir things up so that maybe we can find life again.
